Middlesex Hospital Alliance Physicians Recognized

(Strathroy, ON) – November 25th was declared Physician Recognition Day by Middlesex Hospital Alliance (MHA) Dr. Ian Ferguson, Chief of Staff, Dr. Jon Dreyer – Deputy Chief of Staff and Todd Stepanuik, President & CEO. All MHA physicians were recognized and thanked for the important role they play in caring for the sick, advancing medical knowledge and promoting good health to our patients. MHA is very fortunate and proud to have over 130 physicians affiliated with Four Counties Health Services and Strathroy Middlesex General Hospital.

“The Board of Directors is extremely grateful for the dedication and commitment of our physicians,” says Bonnie Twyford, Board Chair. “It is truly humbling to witness their never ending commitment to provide quality care to our patients”.

“Physician Appreciation Day provides an opportunity for us to reflect on the many contributions our physicians make, not only to the community but to the Hospital, and thank them for all they do,” says Todd Stepanuik, President & CEO.  “The MHA is blessed to have over 130 dedicated and talented family physicians and specialists who provide exemplary care to our patients and truly make a positive difference in their lives.”

Dr. Ian Ferguson, MHA Chief of Staff stated: “MHA is fortunate to have physicians who are dedicated and committed to providing excellent care to our patients, not only on Physician Appreciation Day, but every day of the year”.

In recognition of our physicians, a tree was planted at each hospital location.
