The Middlesex Hospital Alliance (MHA) is proud to share that we will be participating in Accreditation Week from October 20–24, 2025. Accreditation is an important part of how we ensure we are providing safe, high-quality care to our patients, families, and communities.
During this week, we will welcome two surveyors from Accreditation Canada to both of our hospitals. They will be reviewing our programs and processes to confirm that we are meeting national healthcare standards and continually improving how we deliver care.
Patients and families may be invited to share feedback about their experience at the MHA. Participation is completely voluntary, and all responses will remain confidential.
We value and appreciate your input—it plays a vital role in helping us strengthen our services and uphold our commitment to excellence in care.
