December 1, 2025 – The Middlesex Hospital Alliance is proud to share that our organization has achieved Accredited with Commendation status through the Accreditation Canada Qmentum Global™ program. This important milestone reflects the hard work, dedication, and shared commitment of our entire team to delivering safe, high-quality, people-centred care.
Accreditation is a continuous improvement process that helps us strengthen the care we provide. It allows us to recognize what we are doing well, identify opportunities to improve, and ensure we are consistently meeting national standards of excellence. This work involves our whole organization — leadership, frontline staff, physicians, Board of Directors, patients, families, and community partners — all contributing to our ongoing quality journey.
