In accordance with the Broader Public Sector Accountability Act (BPSAA), 2010, all Ontario hospitals annually attest to their compliance with consultant reporting requirements, the prohibition on engaging lobbyist services using public funds, and directives issued under the Act relating to expense claims, perquisites, and procurement.
