Middlesex Hospital Alliance provides complimentary wireless internet
access for patients, visitors and guests.

Acceptance

By using the MHA Guest Wi‑Fi service, you agree to these Terms of Use.

Acceptable Use

Users must comply with all applicable laws and regulations and must not:

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems, networks or data.
• Distribute malware, viruses or other harmful software.
• Use the service for unlawful activities.
• Interfere with the operation of the network.

Security and Privacy

Guest Wi‑Fi is a public internet service. Users are responsible for
protecting their own devices, accounts and personal information.

Middlesex Hospital Alliance cannot guarantee the privacy or security of
information transmitted over the internet.

Availability

Wireless internet access is provided on an “as available” basis.
Middlesex Hospital Alliance does not guarantee uninterrupted service.

Limitation of Liability

Middlesex Hospital Alliance is not responsible for any loss of data,
damage to personal devices, interruption of service, or other issues
arising from use of the guest Wi‑Fi service.

These Terms of Use may be updated periodically without notice.
