More than $900,000 will be spent over the next seven months at the Middlesex Hospital Alliance (MHA). The Middlesex Hospital Alliance (MHA) has received one time funding in the amounts of $93,144 for the Four Counties Health Services site and $877,183 for the Strathroy Middlesex General Hospital site as part of the Government’s Health Infrastructure Renewal Fund (HIRF).
In April the Middlesex Hospital Alliance formally acknowledged the contributions volunteers make at the Strathroy Middlesex General Hospital and Four Counties Health Services. At the MHA, volunteers are an integral part of the daily routine of the hospitals. At the Strathroy site, 90 people volunteered over 11,000 hours last year and at Four Counties, approximately 60 people volunteered over 5,400 hours…

The MHA Board of Directors is proud to announce the completion of 250 Total Joint Replacements (TJR) for the 2012-13 fiscal year. Early in the fall of 2012, the MHA received its first annual Health Service Funding Reform letter, identifying the approval of funding for 203 Total Hip and Knee Joint replacement procedures for the fiscal year.
